CamboKitchen and its philosophy

CamboKitchen was founded in Australia in 2013 and is the result of a personal project to pursue a love affair with food.

CamboKitchen’s mission is to create a social movement to embrace Cambodian food by sharing Khmer recipes and its cookery secrets with adventurous food lovers and home cooks, educating and reviving the traditional flavours of Cambodian cuisine. CamboKitchen is looking at possibilities to expand its team and turn into a specialty bistro to deliver to the world Cambodia’s wonderful flavours and inspire food lovers to savour other types of south east asian cuisines.
