A cheesy love story in the Kingdom of Wonder

Unlike the so-called Cambodian cheese aka “Prahok” which is the fermented fish, Cambodia is in fact creating the real cheese that is known in the western world as the fermented curd.

A joint effort between Cambodian Titi Vuthi and Italian Roberto Ferroni have brought their mutual passion of cheese making to the Kingdom Cambodia.
