Pepper & lime dip (Teuk Beul Marek)

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup lime or lemon
  • 1 tsp ground sea salt
  • 1 tbsp ground balck pepper or Kampot pepper
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper or Kampot pepper (optional)

METHOD

  1. In a small sauce plate, mix all the ingredients using a teaspoon
  2. Taste ensuring a balance of sourness and pepperiness. Adjust as required.

TIPS

  • Ideal for fresh boiled seafood (crab or prawns) or wok fried cubed beef
